Demi Lovato wants her fans to appreciate how lucky they are compared to less fortunate people.
The 'Remember December' singer was upset to meet a homeless woman at the weekend, because it put her own life into perspective.
"It seems like society has become so greedy these days," Demi Tweeted, "and because of that it's so easy for all of us to forget what we have.
"I just met a homeless woman sleeping on the sidewalk tonight. My heart is still breaking because everyone deserves a safe place to sleep at night." Lovato told her online followers.
"Especially women. It's so dangerous for her. Please don't ignore the poor. And take time out of your day to recognize the blessings you have."
Demi recently confessed that she "loves" Joe Jonas after the pair confirmed they are dating. And her cameo in Grey's Anatomy was a fun experience the actress said.
