Queen Latifah will host the show from the Shrine Auditorium in LA Sunday, June 27, 2010 @ 8:00 PM on BET and via live stream on BET.com. Jay-z leads the pack with 5 nominations, followed by Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Trey Songz and Melanie Fiona.
