Joe Jonas Had A Crush On His First Grade Teacher

The singer was bowled over by his tutor Mrs. Perrone when he first went to school, even though he was just six.

His family immediately knew he was more interested in his teacher than his schoolwork as he began preparing himself early in the morning.

“I knew because he never stopped talking about her and he loved going to school,” Joe’s mother Denise laughed to J14 magazine.

Joe’s family would tease him about his crush, and he still gets embarrassed when they try to bring it up.

The 20-year-old is currently single after splitting from his Camp Rock co-star Demi Lovato. Denise is certain the perfect woman is out there for her son, and hopes he finds someone who treats him well. She is fiercely proud of Joe and his bandmate brothers Kevin and Nick, as well as their little brother Frankie, and just wants them to be happy.

“They are men of great character and strength with big dreams and hearts that are full for the world,” she said. “I believe in them and am so proud of them!”
